to Support
As Friday and Saturday events are FREE this year, we need lots of financial help in making the festival possible and ultimately benefiting cancer research and treatment. This page addresses ways you can help! If you'd like more information or have an idea for helping outside what's outlined below, please email Leah at texafiedjamfest@outlook.com.
Luminaria - $25
A beautiful, simple way to support Texafied is by purchasing one or more luminarias to honor or remember a person who has survived, who is currently fighting, or who has lost their battle with cancer. We will have luminarias for sale, in person, at multiple events in Sulphur Springs prior to the music festival. Watch our Facebook page, Texafied JamFest 2026, the Muddy Jake's social media pages, and this website, or you may request to purchase by clicking the order button! Each luminaria is $25, and can be labeled or decorated, as you wish. Thank you so much for your support!
Victory Wall - $100-$500
Donate between $100 and $500 to have a loved one's name added to our victory wall, a large sign wall printed and posted at each venue location, honoring those who have won their fight against cancer, whether that be by surviving, living with, or leaving the disease by passing from their earthly bodies. Let Leah know if you'd like to support in this way by clicking on the victory wall button and sending the email form. You will be able to choose the amount you'd like to give. $1,000
For $1,000, you will receive two tickets to the VIP event on Thursday, June 4, at Mama's Place. You will also have your name (or company name) featured on signage at the festival, as a sponsor, and you'll receive a goodie bag full of merch and other fun things, some of which will only be available to sponsors!
$5,000
$2,500
$2,500 sponsors will get four tickets to the VIP event on Thursday, June 4, at Mama's Place, as well as having your name/company name featured on signage at the festival, including a logo, if you wish. You will also receive a fun goodie bag full of merch and items picked just for you!
$10,000
As with the former sponsorships, this level comes with a delightful goodie bag and inclusion of your name/company name (and logo) on signage at the festival venues, but you'll also get your own sponsor banner! And, you'll get six tickets to the VIP event at Mama's Place on Thursday, June 4!
Our top tier sponsorship comes with all the perks of the one below it, but instead of a banner, you'll get to sponsor a whole stage! There are only two of these available, but if you're lucky enough to get one, you'll not only get 8 VIP even tickets, you'll get the VIP treatment all weekend, yourself!

ABOUT
Texafied JamFest 2026 is a FREE charity music festival, celebrating 40 years cancer free for one of our founders, Tod Conner! Featuring over a dozen singer songwriters, local and from afar, the event aims to raise money for MD Anderson Cancer Center in their goal of #MAKINGCANCERHISTORY!
EXPERIENCE
After several years of festivals, back in 2022, the founders of Texafied JamFest, Leah and Tod Conner, decided to retire the event. But, realizing that 2026 marks forty years since Tod won his battle with cancer, the two made the decision to bring back the event in a big way - FREE - and in downtown Sulphur Springs! There will be a VIP pre-party event on Thursday, June 4, 2026 at their home, Mama's Place, for a fee, but the main events on Friday, June 5 and Saturday, June 6 will take place on two stages in beautiful downtown Sulphur Springs - at Muddy Jake's Sports Grille and Pub!
Because we love and want to include our whole downtown area, artists will also be performing acoustic sets at bars and boutiques throughout downtown venues during the weekend, so be sure to check back here on the website for schedule updates.

Places to Stay
There are several options for lodging during Texafied JamFest. Many people enjoy an immersive experience and wish to stay on the Conners' property, Mama's Place, for the duration of the event. This can be achieved by bringing your own RV, renting/borrowing an RV, tent or car camping, or even simply sleeping under the stars (truly camping!). Below is a link to our preferred vendor for rentals, Campers 4 Rent. Another option for those who prefer a more outdoorsy, non-traditional approach to lodging is nearby Cooper Lake State Park, just a few minutes from Mama's Place. Please keep in mind that only the VIP pre-party will take place at Mama's Place this year, but the artists will be staying there, so it's where off-stage and after hours shenanigans happen!
The city of Sulphur Springs also has lots of options for lodging. If you check Airbnb and Vrbo, you're likely to find some good options, and there is a great bed and breakfast near downtown, as well as several hotels to choose from. Below are links to the bed and breakfast, which is close enough to downtown for walking, if you don't mind a few blocks, and a few of the newer hotels.
